Clarity of what Runnymede Crafts Sells
There has been some confusion about what we sell. Runnymede Crafts is a Gift Shop that sells handmade cards & gifts. We unfortunately do not sell craft materials.
In addition our head office is not open to the public.
All our sales are done via our online shop or our Market stalls.
Yes, we are a gift shop by name alone.
Direct all inquiries to us via Email, phone, social media, or at our stalls.
Scams
A recent incident of scams at our stalls have occurred. These incidents are damaging to trade and customer confidence. Any such incidents will not be tolerated and will be reported to the Police. we will always push for the strongest punishment in each instance.
Haggling on Price
We understand that there is a cost-of-living crisis at the moment.
But please refrain from haggling on price, our items are priced to reflect time and materials used, and are priced as cheaply as possible. You'll be asked to leave if you haggle or are aggressive towards us.
Catchment Fee Update
Our catchment fee for venues in the new ULEZ has been scrapped. After confirmation, our vehicle is ULEZ-compliant. But the Catchment Fee for congestion charge remains.
Refunds or Discounts on my stalls.
My gifts are made to a high standard and are in most cases, sold at best price to reflect the labour and material costs involved. As income from these gifts go to not only running costs and community projects, so I ask please don't ask for discounts as this is not a junk shop or flea market. All items are sold as seen, and an exchange only can be offered if customers change their mind on a purchase.
Discolouring of jewellery is out of my hands or material defects are beyond my control.
Threatening or abusive Behaviour.
I appreciate the current climate in the world is stressful and moneys tight. but threatening and abusive behaviour at any of my stalls or classes. will not be tolerated. Any behaviour will be reported to the police and host venue. along with persons being banned from purchasing from us online or otherwise.

A little about me
I’m Michael the founder of Runnymede Crafts. I got into craft about 6 years ago to help with my recovery from mental health challenges. During that time I voluntarily ran two social groups for mental health sufferers. I have decided to use my skills to return to work to create an income generating opportunity for myself while continuing with my own recovery and take craft to the people.
I hope you enjoy our products and services as much as I do making them.
Check out our online store or visit me at one of the many of the stalls I attend across the Surrey & Hampshire.
